&lt;p&gt;This is about the 1993 movie adaptation of the book that started the
mega franchise. It predominently feature a couple of &lt;a href=&#34;https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macintosh_Quadra_700&#34;&gt;Macintosh Quadra
700&lt;/a&gt; and a few
differnt &lt;a href=&#34;https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silicon_Graphics&#34;&gt;SGI&lt;/a&gt;
workstations. The latter were also what was used on the backend for a
lot of the cutting edge SGI used in the movie.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And RIP &lt;a href=&#34;https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sam_Neill&#34;&gt;Sam Neill&lt;/a&gt; who left
this world on Monday.&lt;/p&gt;
