In short, any data you have given to a chatbot will be for sale. Not if but when, and when the bankruptcy happens it’s almost a guarantee.

Anything you shared, including information about others. Ever asked a chatbot about relationship? Likely there is that information stored.

And there is currently no law in the US to protect you (US is the jurisdiction of most of the companies). Not in Canada. And even GDPR might not help Europeans.
